A CORRECTION.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sib, — May I make a correction in one sentence of my Jetter of 18th inst. The sentence I refer to should read: "He wants the Manjheater ratepayers to believe that to take away their subsidy, to spend a portion of it elsewhere, and to put by the remainder for a rainy day, will greatly benefit .them. — I am, &0., Wm. F. Jacob.
