■ » ■- By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright (PUR UNITED PRB9B ASSOCIATION.) London, September 19.. The marriage of Lord Brassey to th« youngest daughter of Viscount Maiden was celebrated to-day. [The Honorable Sybil De Vere, youngest daughter of the late Viscount Maiden, and granddaughter of the Earl of Essex, was born in 1855. Lord Brassey was born in 1837. His first wife died at sea on board the yacht Sunbeam, September 14, 1887.] The report of the foundering of a Turkish war ship is denied. Messrs O'Brien and Dillon were conveyed in a special train from Cork, under a heavy escort, but at Tipperary they secured bail. ' Mr ParnelV the leader of the Irish party, is conferring with other members of the party, to whom the| arrest came as a surprise, and consequently caused great excitement. It is stated that fourteen others are to be arrested. Messrs Gillinane and Dalton, two prominent Tipperary agitators, have been arrested for inciting tenants not to pay rents. • . Mr T. Harrington calls the Tipperary Town Commissioners felon setters, and states the revolt was instigated owing to the recent arrests. ' Suakim, Sept. 20. - Osman Digna has been drowned. Capetown, September 20. Great excitement was caused here owing to the arrival n port of a Portuguese ship conveying Natives from Mozambique to the West Coast of Africa. The Court refused to liberate the natives, and ultimately 14 of them escaped, but the Court declined to order their surrender.
