The yield from the Dundas silver field ran^e from 64 to 410 ounces of silver to the ton, and mining experts predict that they will eclipse Broken Hill records. Melbourne, September 17. A seam of Crown coal, believed to be the largest in the world, has been discovered at Morwell, in the county of Bulubulu, 88$ miles east of Melbourne. The seam is 597 feet thick.
