The only link wanting to make it such is a tine day, and if that is supplied , a good day's sport may be guaranteed. The course will be found a little soft, owing to the recent heavy rains. The steeplechase course is the same as last year, but the horses will have to go over a ploughed field in Mr Giesen's property.
