I HERBERT WILLIAM BRABANT Resideut Magistrate for the district of Wangauui (the whole of the Counties Act being suspended in the County of Oroua) in pursuance of the powers vested in me under and by virtue of " The Public Wurks Act, 1882," and, the several amendments thereof, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the Watershed Road within the Manchester Road District in the County of Oroua aud. Provincial District of Wellington has been stopped or deviated as by Law required betweon the junction of Ulysses Road with the Watershed Road and between the junction of Midland Road with the Watershed Road in the manner tshowu iv the plans of such deviatiou deposited in the Office of the Manchester Road Board, at Feiiding, duly certified by the Surveyor-General, and signed .by me assuoh Resident Magistrate as aforesaid, the road so stopped or deviated being colored pink on sut;h plans AND I DO HEREBY ORDER that the said portious of the snid Watershed Road hereby certified to have been stopped be sold in manner provided by Section 95 of " The Public Works Act 1882."
