Result of Palmerston Will Case
(per united press association.) Wellington, This Day. In the Supreme Court this morning Judge Prendergast delivered judgment in the will case, Flyger v. McNeil and others, which was heard at Wanganui. Judgment was given for defendants, the counter claim being dismissed without costs. The costs of the claim amounted to i? 300, and disbursements were allowed.
