It would se fully two years before the alterations lauld be brought completely into force, jut in the meantime the men would be jaid overtime after 54 hours. Of course ;here were a few exceptional cases which Hrould have to be treated according to '_ aierit;^but he felt sure the executive . would not appose this. Mr Hoban sinjerely thanked th 6 Commissioners, fc^r their decision.
