(PER UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION). Dunedin, June 12 Mr A. H. Eops, M.H.R. for Boslyn addressed his constituents tonight, and received a vote of thanks and confidence. A similar cemphment was paid to Mr James Allen, M.H.R , who addressed the North- East Valley portion of the constituency. Mr James Fulton, M.H.R. for the Taieri, addressed his constituents at ! Moagiel this evening. After dealing trith the surplus, representation, etc., he announced that after representing them for 1 1 years, he would not again Beck their suffrages. A vote of thank 8 and confidence was carried. Regret was expressed at the announcement made, and also an opinion tbat it would be a matter of great satisfaction to his constituents if Mr Fulton were granted a higher sphere.
