THE following Special Order will be proposed at a meeting of the Manchester Road Board, to be held on the sth day of July, 1890, viz. . — That a Special Rate of one-six-teenth of a l'enny in the £ be made upon the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property (Crown and Native Lands occupied by Native owners excepted) within the boundaries of No. 5 Sub- division of the Manchester Road District, for the purpose of paying interest on a loan of £475, to be borrowed under " The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," such rate to be an annual recurring rate for 26 years, and payable in one sum at the Board's office on the first day of April in each year.
