Rangitikei Fibre Company
• — At * largely attended meeting of •creditors of the above Company, held in Wellington on Thursday last, the following resolution was carried : — That the -creditors of the Eangitikei Fibre Company, Limited, do hereby nominate and recommend to his Honor the Judge Mr T. K. Macdoaald, of Wellington, as liquidator; that the liquidator be directed to employ Mr JeUicoe, solicitor, Wellington, to publicly examine Dr Newman and «uch other directors as the liquidator may think necessary, for the purpose of investigating the dealings and affairs of the Company ; that proceeding be taken to compel Dr Newman and Messrs Harcourt and Zohrab to restore to the Company moneys that they have possessed themselves of belonging to the Company, and to paj for their shares, and to take such other proceedings as may be deemed necessary to set aside the mortgage to the New Zealand Loan and Mmfeantile Company, and to made th< Hreetors responsible for wrongfully parting with the Company's property by the slid seourity, and for issuing valueless cheques and for rockiest twidinf;. ' ;
