Wanganui Harbour Board

That tender* be invited for surveying the Poiianginav township reserve into section* of one , acre each and the suburban land into* ■ sections of one acre each and the suburban land into sections of from five* ~> to twenty acres. 2. That the secretary be instructed to visit Wellington; and; interview the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the matter of placing : the unsold land in the market, on th» understanding that the Board will proceed forthwith with the necessary r roadwork. 3. That the secretary he instructed to obtain a definite answerto the query whether the thirds for local bodies be deducted from land sold under the 1887 Mr Bray wrote stating that he thought the-' township would sell directly the land around it was taken up, and hefel^ v sure that it would fetch a fair mariefcable price.
