A young man named Harry Blott, 25 years of age, a butcher by trade, was accidentally drowned this morning inthe salt water baths. He was subject to fits. New Plymouth, Aprii 18, The weather has been too wet for the police to make a thorough seaich about the spot where the murder was committed. To-day being fine,- several policemen are m the Recreation Ground, and it is hoped something may be found belonging to the person who committed the deed. At present the evidence is only circumstantial.
