The Feilding Star. THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 1890. Kiwitea Separation

We notice that our suggestion has already ; been adopted as regards the ratepayers of the Kiwitea Road District meeting to discuss matters in-- connection with the proposed sub-division of the block into separate Road Districts, and: a meeting will be held in Mr' Lowe's Birmingham Hotel, on Saturday next, with that object in view. The settlers of the Pemberton, Apiti, and Palmerston Small Farm Blocks are especially invited because they are essentially the most interested in the - movement. We have every confidence that the convener of the meeting will have a properly formulated scheme to lay before those who attend; and hope that the business details as to revenue and expenditure will be thoroughly and dispassionately discussed.
