The prisoners reserved for sacrifice have been doomed to the most horrible tortures. Admiral Scott declares that the cruisers 'now being built for the Australian Station are too gmall, and that they ought to be of the same type as H.M.S. Blake and Blenheim, which are each 12 guns and 9000 tons. ■ March 8. The Tablot blames the supporters of the Anglican Church for uot strangling the Victorian Divorce Bill in its infancy. An International .Labour Conference on a much wider -programme than that summoned by the Emperor Williami of Germany, will meet in London 'in July next. • It is reported that both the French, and English' Governments asked that the Berlin Labour.
