Cartels of the Ministerial Party do* not expeot a majority. The Socialist* and * Democrats have nominated one hundred and forty candidates, Lichkeecht, a singer, has been elected for Berlin. Four second ballots have taken plaos between the Socialists and Radicals. . The- Socia ■ list vote m Berlin is 115,000, showing an morease of 20,000 since the last elections. Socialist candidates hay* beea returned at Munich, Madgeburg, Ellerfield , Khoisberg, Chemnitz, Lubeck, Bremen, and Brunswick. The voting power of the Socialist partisans has doubled through.- - out Germany. O^e Cartels hay»lost .I*. .seats. . .*d v . Von Moltke and Richter havebeen defeated at the election. ' .' ; "
