There was a large attendance, and tht 'weather was fine for the second day. Flying Handicap. — Cyclone, 1 ; Boudanger, 2; Weka, 3. -Dividend, £2 4s. Second Hurdles. — Oddfellow, 1 ; Eosmter, 2 ; Ruapehu, 3. Armourer fell Dividend, £2. Waimate Handicap, of 150 soys.— Patchwprk, 1 ; Kean's Montrose I, 2 ; Ohapman's Montrose 11, 3. Only these three started. It was a good race, anc ■was won by a short length. Dividend 14s. Ngrmanby Stakes, 1 mile. — Boulanger, 1; Weka, 2; Cyclone, 3. Won easily -Dividend, -61 19s. The Ladies' Bracelet fell to Lady Led ger, while The Colonel won the Hacl •Hurdles and Despised the Hack Flat.
