The bidding at Birmingham was fairly good in "sheep, but cattle were neglected. The prices obtained were — Cattle — 18---mohths steers and heifers, 28/- ;• calves, 7/6. SHEEP^-Ewes- and wethers, 8/- ; full-mouth ewes, 4/10 and 5/11 ; lambs, 5/11 ; Mr Bryee's rams brought 3 guineas each ; old rams, 6/- and 10/- Pigs, 14/6 each. • -■ "■ "i < ■. ■ .
