Cattle maintained recent prices, and sheep ; sold at improved rates, and at both sales we i sold all the cattle and sheep, excepting two pens of the latter. Ou 17th instant we sold Mr Boddy's farm at Bunnythorpe which was mr excellent order at £8 lls per acre, and all bis dairy cattle, etc., at rates quoted belo'v with other stock. Cattle.— Palmerßton North.— Fat Bullocks, £5 10s; fat cows, £3 6s to £3 16s 6d; 3-year steers £3 ss; forward empty cows, -£-2 6s; store cows, 26s to 365 ; 2-year steers, 38s 6d ; milkers, £3 Is to £3 16s 6d. Btjils —Fat cows, £3 3s 6d ; 3 and 4-year steers. £3 ss; 2 to 2£-year~ steers, £2 to £2 7s 6d; 18- month steers, 30s ; empty cows, 36s 6d. Mr Roddy's sale.— Milkers, £2 15s ; to £5; 18 month heifers, 15sj yearling heifers, 12s 6d.
