Parades for the Manchester Rifles in February are published to-day. By a Press Association telegram we are informed the N.Z.R.A. Meeting was opened yesterday by Lord Onslow. There are about 840 entries, of which 300 are bona fide competitors. Clifton Charlton, Esq.,, has been gazetted to be Honorary Surgeon of the Manchester Rifles, and surgeon on the general medical list New Zealand Volunteers: Date of commission, December 6, 1889.
