Primest beef realised front 19s to 21s per lOOlbs, and inferior up to< 18s. Store Cattle.— There was a good entry, including several nice lines of young stock and good framed bullocks. These commanded a fair price, owing to the requirements of one or two graziers who were competing for fcbem. Store Sheep.-^-A large entry pruuMpally of young crossbred ewes and merinos met with a very dull sale. .What. were sold realised as follows :— Half-bred 4tooth ewes, froin v 10b 9d to lls lOd ; do mixed ages, principally old sheep, at 6s 3d ; 2- tooth orossbreds in small lines at from 6s lOd to 8s 9d. . Pat Sheep. — A very large supply, but little of which came under the head of prime freezing mutton. What little., of this was offered sold very well, as much as 2}d being procured for one or two lines ' while inferior quality went at frdni 1-jd to ' : 2d dead weight. Piaa. — The entry was only nominal, not more than about 20 pigs being penned.
