In our article "on the finances of the Borough, published in our last issue, we, by a typographical error, made the Bank overdraft £337 ; this should have been £377. We are glad to hear that the vouchers for the subsidy of £195 have been passed for payment by the Government official aud the Bank- overdraft is therefore re duced to £182— the sum mentioned in our article^
