The Committee reserve the ritrht to require any Competitor either before or after any event to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his description of his performances. The Committee m;iy disqualify nny Competi or before or after any event who sha'l refuse to make th- required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize.
