Ooarse descriptions were in less demand, but showed a rise of £d to Id. Stronach's prices (all medium wool, • none first class): — Merino (greasy). 3d to lid; greasy half- bred, 9£d to a Is Old; crossbred, B£d to ll±d; pieces, 3Jd to 8d ; slips half-bred), Is OJd to Is l£d ; slips (crossbred), lOfdto llfd.
