The car men have decided to join the Labour Union, which has resolved to boycott all 'bus men who are not members. The union has also decided to eventually seek to compel the police and soldiers toestablish a union.

The coal porters express sympathy with the gas employes on strike, and intend to prevent cpal being imported into London while the difference remains unsettled.
