The Marquis of Rartington and Lord Aberdeen, in addressing a 'meeting, charged Gladstone with hopelessly shattering the Liberal party and promoting every fantastical fadiu order to gain fresh political supporters. It is regarded as probable that if the Porte recognises Ferdinand as Prince of Bulgaria Eussia will interfere by force of arms next May.
