Volunteer Items
Members of the Manchester Rifles are reminded of the parade at 7.30 o'clock on Friday evening. A circular has been sent out by the Defence Department to the effect that if any of the officers of the Permanent Forces, Militia, or Volunteers are going to England they can get a formal letter from the Defence Minister, which will give them the right to present themselves at any of the Queen's levees.
