Terrible Accident at Quebec

By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright- [ PER UNITED TRESS ASSOCIATION. I Ottawa, September 21. A mass of rock fell at Quebec today, buying numerous residences. So far as is known thirteen persons have been killed and one hundred are entombed in the ruins. It is estimated that thousands of tons of rock fell from Dufferm-terraee from a height of 300 ft, destroying seven houses. The debris filled Champlaiu-Btreet to the height of 30ft. Many of tha persons who were entombed by the mass of falling stone ha^e been rescued.
