Mr Frank Lincoln
: Owing to the bitterly cold weather the the attendance at tlie Assembly Booms on Thursday, night fell very far short, of that of the preceding one. Although Mr Lincoln' felt'jthefiSfreeze'i ;fof a:- Rouble jsehste, yet:hisjdi|cpurse ; and deiineatious lost hone of their "power' of giving amusement and pleasure, as testified Jby the hearty laugh-' ter and applause winch' responded to each sally of fun. It is a compliment to Mr Lincoln; that atreach ' performance "we saw ladie' an f^gontlfernen present who, in some cases, had to ride or drive over twenty miles to Feilding in order to hear his really clever m.nologue. We. hope. .that bißfpre; Mr -"Lincoln leaves" the. cblohy/he Wiir;re}visiitf thisT district i when;..- we can safely assure him^ a warm and hearty welcome will be extended to him. The same stands good for Ms pianist, Mr C. B. Foster, who is undoubtedly the best performer: who has ever "struck ivory" in Feilding.
