FEEEMAN R. JACKSON & GO'S STOCK EEPORT. Johnsokvjxle, September 18. Cattle were in full numbers. The beef yarded was from good to prime, excepting a few odd beasts — light and in low condition. Prices were respectively lower than last week. Veal ers wore at low values. Sheep entered in usual numbers — all wethers — and maintained late values ; no shorn came forward. Lambs sold readily at rather better rates. A large muster of pigs were submitted, and made full values. Ox beef made 15/- the lOOlbs and mutton 2^-d per pound. We quote as follows : — Cattle.— Bullocks, £5 12/6 to £7 15/-; light and low conditioned, £4 112/6 ; averages, £6 4/- and £5 14/2 ; vealers, 5/- to 10/6, Sheep. — Best wethers, 15/6 to 15/8; others, 13/10 to 15/< ; lambs, 10/- to 12/. Pigs.— Baconers, £2 11/- to £3 8/6 ; small, 20/- to 35/- ; porkers, 23/6 to 29/- ; smaller, 15/- to 20/- ; stores, 10/- to 16/6.
