DEATHS.

Taylor. — At the residence of his parents, Warwick street, Feilding, on August 31st, 1889, Alban Johnston, only son of John D. and Sarah Taylor, aged 8 months. In loving remembrance of Alban J. Taylor, who fell asleep in Jesus, August 31st, 1889 :— Through waves, through clouds and storms, God gently clears the way ; We wait his time ; so shall the night Soon end m blissful day. We leave it to himself, To choose and to command, With wonder fill'd, we soon shall see - How wise, how strong His hand. We comprehend Him not, Yet earth and heaven tell ; God sits as sov'reign on the throne, And ruleth all things well.
