NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. ON MONDAY, 2nd September, the following alterations in the Time-table will come into force : — The Trains now leaving Feilding daily at 7.35 a.m. and 12.37 p.m. f">r Wanganui, will leave at 7.15 a m. and 12.17 p.m. respectively. The Train now leaving Feilding daily at 4,25 p.m. for Wellington will leave at 4.6 p.m., and will arrive in Wellington at 9.50 p.m. The Train now leaving Feilding on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 11.3 a.m. for Palmerston will leave at 10.53 a.m. This Train runs to Foxton and back on Thursdays and Saturdays. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of this Board, at a meeting to be held on SATURDAY, the 21st day of September, under or by virtue of the powers or authorities vested in it by the 43rd and 14th Sections of the Counties Act, 1876, Amendment Act, 1882, or either of them, to mate or strike a General Rate of three farthings in the £ upon the Rateable Value of the whole of the Rateable Property as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Kiwitea Road Board District in force for the year ending the 31st day of March, 1890, to become payable m one sum on the Ist day of October, 1889.
