RISE OF 2d IN NZ. MUTTON. By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (per press association.) London, August 28 New Zealand mutton, 6£d. Contracts bave been made with the Freuc h Government for a large suppiy. The Antwerp wool sales opened firm. There was a large attendance at the opening, and biddings showed an advance of five centimes for good River Plate medium qualities. Lambs are unchanged, while inferior descriptions are very irregular. Later. New Zealand mutton has risen 2d per pound.
