TO THE EDITOR OF THR STATI. Sic, — What has become of the Feilding 13rass Band ? We never hear anything of these musicians now. What iB the Rotunda *br ? We have had several very fine Sunday afternoons, Saturday evenings, &c, lately, and yet no baud. I hope, if they are not defunct, they will wake up soon, and relieve the prevailing monotony with the lively Bfcrains which they are well known to be capable of producing, — I am, &c M Music*
