Sullivan and Jake Kilrain took place to-day, and resulted in a win for Sullivan after 72 rounds had been fought. July 9. The fight between Sullivan and Kilrain took place at Richburg in the presence of 2000 spectators. It lasted two hours and a quarter, during which time Kilrain fell constantly to avoid punishment. Eeceived July 11, 12 30 p.m. New York, July 10. During the fight between Kilrain and Sullivan, the former struck his opponen three foul blows, and spiked bis foot, Sullivan threw Kilrain 20 times. The former did not show signs of distress til the 47th round. Kilrain was punishec severely- .
