Prices, however, were on a par with those of last week. As the consignment was of such even character, it urottid be hard to quote the price per lOQlbs, but taking them right through we shoold say. at equal to 12a. Sheep were in fewer numbers, about half being nice tireeang wethers. The balance were store •ewes, which were turned out unsold. There was a smaller entry of pigs than usual, consisting of small porkers and stores, which, were at easier rates. 'We quote : — Cattle— Bullocks, £3 15s to 17s 6d, averaging £4 4& . Sheep— We&ers, 15s. Pnis — Porkers, from 13s to 15s 6d; stores, 5s to 12s 6d ; small, 3s to ss.
