Wednesday, Jctcy 3, 1889;. (Before Dr Monckton and C. BuIL J.p iB .) Robert Titcombe was charged with . being drunk and disorderly at the Endymion Hotel, at Awahuri, on July "2nd. Fined 20s or 48 hours.' imprisonment. [ Robert Titcombe was also charged with committing an assault on Arthur Cometti on July 2nd, at Awahuri. The evidence of H. »L. Sherwill,J.P., and J. B. Stansell, was taken, which proved the commission of the assault. Prisoner was fined £2 or 14 days* imprisonment. , ..-.
