Messrs Bailey and Company invite ten ders for felling 150 acres of bush. Mr Eobert Menzies, Ashurst road, adyertises 1 ton of apples for sale. The Eink will be open this evening as usiial. Messrs A. and J. B. Pringle want a boy with a fair education. Candidates are requested to apply in their own handwriting. Tenders are invited by Messrs W. Carthew and S. Thompson, on behalf of the trustees, for painting the Wesleyan chapel in Grey street. Mr Hartgill, manager of the Strathhendrie property, invites tenders for ploughing 300 acres of land.
