It has been tested with unqualified success on 64.0 acres, the whole area being cleared and now under crop. Directions for Use.— ln a large tree, a hole one inch in diameter and six inches deep should he bored down iv the trunk towards the heart, fill with the compound — about one ounro will be required — plug the hole securely and make airtight. Cork or stiff clay will do. For smaller , trees a hole of less diameter and a smaller quantity ofr the compound will suffice Price, 5/6 per lb; iv 41b and lib tins, and in drums of 501 b. The cheapest, quickest, simplest, and surest method of clenring land. The largest trees can be destroyed at the cost of a few pence.
