June 14 As an outcome of the Omahu dispute, Arini Donnelly's Natives have leeu ploughing Broughton'a laud, and, having finished one paddock, eutered into another early this morning, the leader being Turangi Karawria, Mrs Donnelly's brother, who was shot dead by a Native of Broughton's party, Wellington, June 14. The Government have received several telegrams re the Omahu shooting, but they contain nothing further beyond the fact that Turanga was Mrs Donnelly's brother. A Napier message has bt c i r6c-. Ie 1 ii >m Omahu, stated that Turanga, who ,waß shot th:B morning, is still alive, He received two shots in the stomach. No serious disturbance is anticipated from the shooting case at Omaha to-day, as the act was purely an individual one. This and previous disturbanc s have arisen solely from th.3 Native Land Court trjiug to ascertain the titte.
