George Thomas and Co. report produce prices as follows :- In consequence of the recent fall in flour, our market has been quiet, buye • being chary to purchase largely, but we don't look for any further change on present price — £10 for atone and £10 15/- for roller— for some time. Oatmeal is firmer and in good demand at £15 to £15 10/- per ton. Onions, scarce, and inquired for at £14 10/» to £15. The market is fully stocked with potatoes, and prices ruled— for Oamarii £4 10/-, Blenheim £3 10/- and Kaikoura £3 5/- respectively; Other lines are unaltered, and we therefore repeat last week's quotations:—Bran, £5; pollard, £5 15/-; fowls' wheat, 3/9 to 3/10 for whole, and 3/6 for broken ; wheatmeal, £10 15/- ; Canadian oats, 3/- ; Tartarian and Danish do, 2/10; oaten sheaf chaff, £4 10/«; straw do, £3; feed barley, 3/- to 3/6 ; pearl barley, 19/ lOd; feed peas. 3/9; split peas, £15 maize, 4/-; beans, 4/-; salt butter, nominally Bd, with litt'e demand; fresh lOd to lo£d (owing to the large supplies to hand), sold privately and under the • hammer, has declined slightly ; cheese 4£d to s£d ; hams and bacon, loading brands, 8d ; second do, 4d to 6d; eggs, 1/8 ; honey, 3|d to sd ; lard, in bladders, 4d. Poultry — Fowls, 2/9 ; ducks, 3/- ; turkeys, 7/- ; geese, 6/- per pair.
