Mr Jennins, of Riverlancls, Awahuri, advertises for sale 8 forward young pigs. Mr T. A. Bryce, of the Kiwitea, advertises for a few brown Dorking fowls. Mr Lethbridge invites tenders for felling 500 acres of bush. Tenders will close on the 22nd instant. Mr John Taylor, blacksmith, invites tenders for alterations to his shop in Manchester street. For particulars see advertisement. Oar readers are reminded of the great sale of Japanese curiosities, to be held at the auction rooms of Messrs Stevens and Gorton, Fergusson street, to-morrow. Mr William Carthew notifies to-day that he has accepted tha agency of the " Zealandia " a monthly magazine of literature, by New Zealand authors. Tenders are invited for bushfelling in lota of about 50 acres, at Curl's Cleaving, near the Pemberton Small Farm Settlement. Application may be made to Mr R. Danvers, at Mr Pemberton's on the Pemberton settlement. An alteration has been made by the Engineer of the Kiwitea Road Board, in the date for sending in tenders for the supply of metal on the Kimbolton road above Perry's Line.
