Wellington Land Board
The usual monthly meeting of the Tjand Board was held in the Crown Xands Office on Thursday morning Present— Messrs J. W. A. Marchant {Commissioner,) Bunny, McCardle, *nd Fjtzherbert. Proposals were submitted for expenditure of thirds from «ectionß iv the Kiwi tea-road District. Approved, provided. the Road Board agree to make good at a future time the diverted thirds. Proposals for ex pending ;■ tiffins" in Birmingham Block \rere" approve' 3, provided the moneys ■diverte"d. were made good at a future tim 6. It was resolvd to obtain some proof that the selector of Section 2F, Block XI, Apiti, is "unable to-pay his instalments, otherwise to sue hin>. The Board decided to cancel the in» Merest of Q. H. Black in .Section 5, Block XII, Apiti, The Commissioner submitted a schedule of sections to be sold iv the Wauganui Harbour En dowment Block, which was approved. A scheme submitted by Mr Mountfort for cutting up the Crown lands in the Otamakapua Block on the Bangitikei Biver was approved. '" l \.
