The Times-Parnell Commission

Mr Wilham O'Brien M.P , was examined before the Times Parnell Commission to-day. In the course of hia examination, he stated that the Leaguehad averted famine and civil war m Ireland, and declared that Michael Davitt had vehemently denounced outragea committed in the County of Mayo, but had -said that boycotting was the only weapon in the hands of the people, and that he was persuaded . that unconstitutional action would be madness; He had undertaken to conduct the United Ireland cause constitutionally.
