(per united press association.) Wkstpoet. April 26. A dastardly outrage took place at Cape Foulwind early this morning. A large store occupied by Ballantyne Bros., and connected with the contractors, was blown up with dynamite, and fully half of the buildings were reduced to a perfect wreck. WeiilJNgton, April 26.
