Fatal Accident
(PEH UNITED PBESS ASSOCIATION)
Gbeymouth, March JJO.
A boy named Percy Harris was killed to-day. He was riding a quiet horse, bareback, and holding the tether rope attached to the horse's neok on his arm in a paddock. The boy fell, and this startled the horse, which bolted. The rope coiled round the lad's body and tightened on his arm. The horse dragged him about 500 yds across the paddock strewn with stumps. When the horse was stopped, the boy was - dead; the body was fearfully mutilated.
