Messrs "William O'Brien and E. Harrington, M.P/s refused to be released from gaol (in order to prepare their defences of the charges against them before The Times-Pa'uell Commission) on the conditions imposed on them, namely, that they refrain from taking any part in political agitation whilst they are free. When the lists closed yesterday the buyers were offering ±3& and sellers were asking; £43. The banks have control of the bulk in the markets, and it is not likely that the latter will be- flooded.
