Feilding Volunteer Fire Brigade

Resolved, That the Secretary write to Mr Hartgili, conductor of the Plantation Minstrels, conveying the best thaake of the Brigade to said Minstrels for their late entertainment in aid of the Brigade's funds, and for their cheque for £20 as the financial result. Reeolved, That in consideration of the interest shown by Mr Hartgill in the Brigade, he be voted to an honorary life member thereof. Resolved, That the question of ordering a tire engine be held over till the next meeting. Resolved, That the Brigade anniversary sports be held on St. Patrick's Pay, and that the officers of the Brigade, with porer to add, be a committee to make all preliminary arrangements, and submit a draft programme to the next meeting. Resolved, That the surplus funds of the Brigade lying at the Bank be placed to a depo&it account. Resolved. That the Secretary notify all members who have not paid their monthly subscriptions that these are now due, and requesting them to pay forthwith. After passing accounts for payment the meeting adjourned.
