Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race, or nominated for any race at the time of running (Hack and Hunter races excepted.; All races to be run under the W.J.C. Eules. No nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever, unless actually accompanied by the necessary amount payable.
