THE HACK RACES.
TO TflK KDITOK OF THE STAR Sib, — I see by the programme of the Hack Race Meeting, published in your paper, that the " Committee" are the handicappers. It was distinctly stated in the published reports of the meeting held on Tuesday, that Mr J, E. Henry was the handicapper for the said meeting. It may ba a mistake on the part of the Secretary, in drawing up the programme in omitting the name of Mr Henry, and I should, therefore, like to call his attention to the error, — I am, &c, A Member of the Club.
