(PER T7NITBD PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, November 22. William and Elizabeth Agnew were charged at tbe R.M. Court with using insulting and provoking language to tbe Premier on the 21st mat. Both denied tbe charge, stating tbey bad merely asked for justice. Sir R. Atkinson gave evidence in support of the charge, amid violent donunciatioas of himself and Sir R. Stout, who were declared by accused to be in league, to rob them of land who were characterised as swindlers and robbers.
