(PER T7NITBD PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, November 22. William and Elizabeth Agnew were charged at tbe R.M. Court with using insulting and provoking language to tbe Premier on the 21st mat. Both denied tbe charge, stating tbey bad merely asked for justice. Sir R. Atkinson gave evidence in support of the charge, amid violent donunciatioas of himself and Sir R. Stout, who were declared by accused to be in league, to rob them of land who were characterised as swindlers and robbers. Ka«h of the accused was ordered to find sureties to keep the peace for six months. One in £60 and two in £26. They were removed protesting they would not find sureties. TbisDey. The Wellington Naval Brigade ar* ranged a shooting matob with the other Brigades in the colony for to day. Ten men, seven shots each at 200, 300, and 600 yards. Grand total— 6Bl. The highest individual scorer was 81. A cold southerly wind is. blowing with heavy showers of rain. The Government received tbe following telegram from Dr Ginders, medical officer in chart e at Rotorua Sanatorium :— Building and Maori Hospital to'ally destroyed by fire last night at 10.30. The patients are all right, but nothing was saved' Outbuildings, doctor's house, and bine bath are uninjured. The fire originated in the kitchen.
